  • Negotiated scope directly with the client sponsor, securing sign-off to prioritize English-invoice accuracy within the semester timeline while still meeting all core deliverables
Delivered as a working prototype and presented to company stakeholders at the end of the engagement. Diodes is now rebuilding the system for internal production deployment.
